This Cookie Policy explains how FuturePlai Ltd trading as “Lessr” ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website lessr.app, the Lessr mobile and web application, and any related online services (collectively the “Sites”).

1. What are cookies?

1.1 A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. Cookies store information such as your language preference or session identifier so that the site can recognise your device later.

1.2 We also use “similar technologies” such as local storage, pixels and JavaScript tags that perform a comparable function. References to "cookies" in this policy include these technologies unless stated otherwise.

2. Why do we use cookies?

To operate our Sites – enabling core features such as secure log‑in, load balancing and fraud prevention.
To remember your preferences – e.g. cookie‑consent choices, interface settings.

5.4 Do Not Track. Our Sites currently do not respond to DNT signals. We will review this position periodically.

6. Retention & obfuscation

6.1 Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies will last indefinitely or until you remove them.

6.2 Analytics data derived from cookies is retained in pseudonymised form indefinitely for aggregate reporting unless you exercise your rights to object or erasure/obfuscation.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, legislation or our practices. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, prompt you to review your cookie preferences.
